Is your water heater providing the hot water you need?

Tankless Water Heaters

Is your water heater providing the hot water you need?  Most water heaters have 2 heating elements (the part that actually heats the water inside the tank).  If one of the elements goes bad, the tank can’t heat water as fast as it did.  If this happens you will notice running out of hot water sooner than before. If both go bad, you will not have hot water at all.

If you have noticed any change in your availability of hot water call us! 704-528-0996

We can evaluate and correct the problem.  If you need a new tank or a tankless water heater in your home or business, we can help.  Most people are going to tankless, replacing the traditional tank style water heaters.

Tankless water heaters use electricity or gas, not elements/coils to heat your water and the replaceable parts are minimal.  Tankless water heaters heat small amounts very rapidly to ensure constant hot water, whereas tank style water heaters heat the water inside the tank and store it until needed.  People like that they never run out of hot water with a tankless water heater.

POSITIVE:
Little to no maintenance and long life, along with immediate and unlimited hot water.

NEGATIVE:
The cost is over double for the initial unit.  This will offset over time, but many homeowners prefer not to invest double what they anticipate the total cost of a new water heater.

Call me with your questions on water heaters, I am always happy to help.
